These Terms of Service govern your use of ls.team and any services provided by LS Team Digital Solutions LLC ("LS Team", "we", "us"). By using the site or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
Agreement to terms
By accessing this website or entering into an engagement with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Our services
We offer three ways to work with us: Build (we design, build and run a web application on a monthly subscription), Hire (we match and embed senior engineers into your team), and CTO (fractional, AI-first technical leadership on a retainer). The specific scope, deliverables and price of any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement.
Engagements, fees and billing
Fees, billing cadence and any minimum term are defined in your engagement agreement. Subscriptions and retainers are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled in line with that agreement. Where we advertise "$0 upfront", it means no upfront development fee — recurring subscription fees still apply once the engagement begins.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the access, information and timely feedback we reasonably need to do the work, to use the services lawfully, and to ensure you have the rights to any materials you give us to use.
Intellectual property
Unless your engagement agreement says otherwise, work product we create specifically for you becomes yours once it is paid for in full. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables. The website's own content, branding and design remain our property.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only to perform the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
Warranties and disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. The website itself is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LS Team is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the period giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify LS Team against claims arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these terms, or from materials you provided to us.
Term and termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the engagement agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services if these terms are breached. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised; continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
